Welcome to the Decorative Arts Society, Inc.

We are pleased to present the Decorative Arts Society, Inc. (DAS) website. The DAS is a not-for-profit New York corporation founded in 1990 for the encouragement of interest in, appreciation of and exchange of information about the decorative arts. To pursue its purposes, the DAS sponsors meetings, programs, seminars, tours and a newsletter on the decorative arts. Its supporters include museum curators, academics, collectors and dealers.
